How do I add a new broadcast channel?
Navigate to Admin > Channels, click "Add New", and provide the stream URL or station details. Detection will begin within minutes.
Can I export reports in multiple formats?
Yes. Reports can be exported as PDF, Excel, or CSV from the Reports module. Scheduled reports are also available.
How accurate is the AI content detection?
Our AI models achieve 94.2% average accuracy across face, logo, speech, and object detection. Accuracy improves with custom fingerprint training.
What languages does speech-to-text support?
We currently support 12 languages including English, French, Swahili, Arabic, and more. Additional languages can be added on request.
How do I set up custom alerts?
Go to Operations > Alerts, create a new alert rule, define your triggers and conditions, then choose notification channels (email, SMS, in-app).
