1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MediaMaster Intelligence, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2Use of Services

You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to: misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, use the service to violate any law, reverse engineer our technology, or interfere with other users' access.

3Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Organization administrators can manage user access, roles, and permissions. Each user must have their own account and may not share credentials.

4Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with at least 30 days notice.

5Intellectual Property

The platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by MediaMaster Intelligence and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

Content you upload or create remains your property. By using our platform, you grant us a license to process your content to provide our services.

6Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We will retain data in accordance with our Data Retention Policy.

7Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MediaMaster Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
